By accessing or using Oya ("the Service"), operated at oya.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Oya is a platform for building, deploying, and managing AI agents. The Service allows you to create agents that execute Python scripts in sandboxed environments and connect to third-party services such as Slack, Discord, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Jira, and ClickUp.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Deploy agents that send spam, phishing, or unsolicited messages.
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures, rate limits, or usage restrictions.
  • Use the Service to harm, harass, or impersonate others.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Share your account credentials or API keys with unauthorized parties.

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service allows you to connect third-party platforms. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any third-party platform you connect. We are not responsible for the actions your agents perform on third-party services.

6. Billing and Payments

  • Usage is billed based on credits consumed by your agents.
  • Credits are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
  • Failure to maintain sufficient credits may result in suspension of agent execution.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content, scripts, and configurations you create on the platform. We do not claim ownership of your agent data. We retain all rights to the Oya platform, its code, and its design.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
